Chloe was a consummate professional from start to finish. As a first-time homeowner, I knew I needed a homeowner’s insurance policy. Chloe not only helped me get a homeowner’s policy but also helped me to bundle that policy with a new auto policy and also an umbrella policy get better rates one each while also helping me cancel my renters insurance on my prior policy. Chloe also assisted in communications with my lender institution. It truly was a one-stop shop. Chloe communicated with me every step of the way, was always willing to answer questions, and provided frequent updates. She made purchasing insurance easy. I would easily recommend her services to others.

I have had Thiel home and auto insurance for about 10 years. Their customer service has been warm, friendly, and very helpful. When our condo insurance rates kept going up, I knew Thiel insurance could help. Hunter was able to find some alternative providers and now we are saving thousands a year. That has made our HOA very happy!

I reached out to Thiel for a business insurance quote, utilizing the website contact form, and I received a phone call from Hunter within an hour or two. Hunter was very informative with the various options available and once I provided some additional information, he was able to give me a verbal quote that we finalized a few days later with an in-person meeting. I was impressed with the response time and how quickly we were able to move through the process. Hunter and the rest of the Thiel staff are also very friendly and easy to communicate with. I had done some previous research on average prices and coverage amounts for my line of business (excavation contractor), and felt like the prices quoted were fair, especially with the amount of coverage that Thiel is able to provide. All in all, it has been a great experience so far and I would highly recommend them to other potential customers.

Hunter Thiel was absolutely great to work with. He made the process of getting new home and auto insurance extremely easy and straightforward, and he also helped me get life insurance set up. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting. What really stood out to me was how responsive and helpful Hunter was throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured or like I was just another policy. He actually took the time to understand what I needed and made sure I was properly covered while still getting me a great value. I’d highly recommend Hunter to anyone looking for an insurance agent. Professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and genuinely cares about his clients. Great experience all around!

They were able to get pricing that is Infinitely Better than I had previously been paying for my car insurance. Like $1,200 LESS A YEAR better. Hunter was personable and helpful in explaining and answering any questions I had. Additionally, he was able to provide vehicle insurance at half the cost of my previous policy for the same amount of coverage. I highly recommend giving Thiel a call!
