We had such a wonderful experience working with Mason at Thiel Insurance Group! I recently accompanied my in-laws to switch their auto, home, and boat insurance, and Mason made the entire process so easy and stress-free. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood the coverage options. He was also very easy to communicate with and always accessible when we needed him. Best of all, he was able to save my in-laws $1,400 on their insurance for four vehicles, their home, and their boat, all while getting them excellent coverage! It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about finding the best options for their clients rather than just making a sale. I want to thank Thiel Insurance and Cindy for the help we had on July 27th, 2026, the Appleton tornado. I called right away and Cindy answered. Phone lines were really sketchy, but she certainly understood what was happening. She immediately processed a claim for us and left a nice message to say she had done so. I was so thankful that she initiated the claim and the next day we were able to get things rolling. I just wanted to make sure my thanks were given to Thiel Insurance and Cindy for quick action. Chloe was a consummate professional from start to finish. As a first-time homeowner, I knew I needed a homeowner’s insurance policy. Chloe not only helped me get a homeowner’s policy but also helped me to bundle that policy with a new auto policy and also an umbrella policy get better rates one each while also helping me cancel my renters insurance on my prior policy. Chloe also assisted in communications with my lender institution. It truly was a one-stop shop. Chloe communicated with me every step of the way, was always willing to answer questions, and provided frequent updates. She made purchasing insurance easy. I reached out to Thiel for a business insurance quote, utilizing the website contact form, and I received a phone call from Hunter within an hour or two. Hunter was very informative with the various options available and once I provided some additional information, he was able to give me a verbal quote that we finalized a few days later with an in-person meeting. I was impressed with the response time and how quickly we were able to move through the process. Hunter and the rest of the Thiel staff are also very friendly and easy to communicate with. I had done some previous research on average prices and coverage amounts for my line of business (excavation contractor), and felt like the prices quoted were fair, especially with the amount of coverage that Thiel is able to provide. All in all, it has been a great experience so far and I would highly recommend them to other potential customers.

Hunter Thiel was absolutely great to work with. He made the process of getting new home and auto insurance extremely easy and straightforward, and he also helped me get life insurance set up.
