After being a State Farm customer for 13 years, I got tired of the constant price hikes for no reason. Felt like it was a constant scam. If you didn't bundle with this then you won't save that extra 20%. I was referred to Hunter and decided to give him a call. I am so happy that I did. Between my auto insurance, boat insurance and homeowners insurance Hunter saved us almost $3400 a year. Plus we have better coverage than what we had at State Farm. I highly recommend! The dedication, professionalism and friendliness of Thiel insurance is impressive. I would highly recommend reaching out to see what they may be able to do for you. I worked with Chloe after getting a large renewal notice with my current provider. She took the time to get my info and worked hard to try and find something that better aligned. At the end, we weren't able to find a plan that saved money. Chloe was never pushy, provided great knowledge and spent lots of time trying to find everything she could for me. Instead of sending me an email saying "Sorry, bye", we had a great conversation going over the options she found and offering different routes to go forward. When my renewal is up next time, I'll be reaching out to see if the numbers align. But they are very much worth checking out!

I switched my insurance carrier for my business to Hunter, Thiel Insurance Group, LLC and instantly received a rebate of $1800 because my old agent was definitely over charging. Plus they never thoroughly went through everything. Or they did and kept raising my rates. Within 7 months my insurance went up $20,500. Hunter is qouting me a whole new policy. But I like the way he handles his business. We are currently looking to add our automobiles and home. His responses are prompt and professional. I also recommend my friend who owns 3 dump trucks and is also very pleased with the switch as well.

Fiesta Acres Condominium Phase B Owners Association lost their insurance because the company stop offering condo insurance in 2025, so as Secretary of the Board found the opportunity to work with Cindy Casey at Thiel Insurance Agency. When I decided to switch insurance companies after 45 years, I asked friends who they recommended and I was given the name Acuity as a carrier. I hadn't heard of them but found Thiel Insurance Group in Appleton. I called and got an appointment set up right away with Kim. We met in person, which I wanted. I didn't want to sign up online, I wanted to meet and talk to an actual person. She answered all my questions, and I had quite a few since I had the same company for so long. I appreciated the time she took to help me and I felt comfortable that she understood me and would be there if I had questions or needed help in the future. I am glad I made the move, they make you feel right a home and appreciated!

Our ins premiums were raised quite a bit from a national co so after 15 years with them it was time to see what what available. I wish I could give 10 stars!! I have to give a HUGE Thank You to Hunter at Thiel Insurance Group, LLC. We insured our camper through them roughly 6 months ago. Out of the blue we get a call from Hunter saying he found better coverage that's more affordable. He added that he did his homework and the company is great to work with. In the 30 years that I've had to pay for insurance, We've never had an agent call me unprovoked with better rates and coverage. Thank you again Hunter.
