I reached out to Thiel for a business insurance quote, utilizing the website contact form, and I received a phone call from Hunter within an hour or two. Hunter was very informative with the various options available and once I provided some additional information, he was able to give me a verbal quote that we finalized a few days later with an in-person meeting. I was impressed with the response time and how quickly we were able to move through the process. Hunter and the rest of the Thiel staff are also very friendly and easy to communicate with. I had done some previous research on average prices and coverage amounts for my line of business (excavation contractor), and felt like the prices quoted were fair, especially with the amount of coverage that Thiel is able to provide. All in all, it has been a great experience so far and I would highly recommend them to other potential customers.

Hunter Thiel was absolutely great to work with. He made the process of getting new home and auto insurance extremely easy and straightforward, and he also helped me get life insurance set up. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting. What really stood out to me was how responsive and helpful Hunter was throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured or like I was just another policy.
