Boyd Thiel is an owner and agent at Thiel Insurance group, working primarily from the Kimberly office location.
Boyd was born and raised in the Fox Cities. After graduating high school he went on to earn his BS degree at UW-Stevens Point. Immediately after graduating college Boyd started his insurance career as a captive agent working for a large regional insurance company. Boyd is licensed in all lines of insurance including property, casualty, life, and health. He earned his Life Underwriter Training Council (LUTCF) designation in 1990, and has been a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) since 1988.
Outside of work Boyd enjoys outdoor sports and is a big fan of football and basketball at all levels from high school to professional, especially the Green Bay Packers. Boyd is a member of numerous conservation organizations and a mentor for youth hunts as well.
Boyd is married to his wife and business partner Stacey. Together they have a daughter Lexi, a son, Hunter, and a golden retriever.
