We were in the process of relocating to the Fox Valley and I came across the Thiel Insurance Group as i researched insurance agencies in the Fox Valley. I spoke with Hunter Thiel and shared what I was looking for. Within 24 hours, he came back with a detailed proposal that exceeded my expectations. I have worked with Thiel Insurance in the past and have always had a smooth and pleasant experience. Each agent is friendly and professional and is willing to answer any questions you may have. I let my insurance lapse due to personal life circumstances, called Thiel and had coverage and everything set up in under 20 minutes. My wife and I are moving back to Wisconsin after 24 years and we decided to take this opportunity to shop for a new insurance provider. We landed on the Thiel Insurance Group due to their longevity in serving the Appleton area and the outstanding customer service that Hunter Thiel provided. I traveled 500+ miles to attend the home inspection and Hunter was able to meet with me in person that same day. Our ins premiums were raised quite a bit from a national co so after 15 years with them it was time to see what what available. We'd rather have someone locally to work with so i found Theil ins on google. We're glad we did because they found us a company that gave much more coverage with less premium's and they were informative, fun, and painless to work with. Highly recomend them.
