Super helpful, friendly, and professional!

Hunter at Thiel Insurance Group went above and beyond for me! I have car insurance with them AND Business insurance. He saved me over $100/mo on my car insurance and took care of that for me so easily, I did nothing. He also saved me thousands in business insurance and got me better a policy than my previous company. I cannot recommend them enough.

Great service and personnel

My wife and I are moving back to Wisconsin after 24 years and we decided to take this opportunity to shop for a new insurance provider. We landed on the Thiel Insurance Group due to their longevity in serving the Appleton area and the outstanding customer service that Hunter Thiel provided. I traveled 500+ miles to attend the home inspection and Hunter was able to meet with me in person that same day. The added bonus was receiving a very significant cost reduction in our home and auto policies.

Our current car insurance went up so went shopping around. Found Thiel insurance online with great reviews so I gave them a call. I talk to Hunter and he came back with an honest answer and recommended me to stay were I’m currently at since that was a better rate then what they could get me. I appreciate his honesty. Even though it didn’t work out now you got a loyal customer in the future for other things.

Great place for all your insurance needs

Hunter saved me almost $800 dollars a year on my 2 cars and motorcycle! If you need new insurance with lower payments look no further Hunter is your guy!

Hunter did a great job replacing our insurance policies covering two homes, two cars, multiple recreational vehicles, and boats in addition to an umbrella liability. He was able to add some coverages we needed while still reducing our overall premium. I highly recommend working with him.

Hunter gets things done! I put him on the job a week after three other insurance companies, and he still got me to the signature line first and ended up being the lowest premium.

Our ins premiums were raised quite a bit from a national co so after 15 years with them it was time to see what what available. We'd rather have someone locally to work with so i found Theil ins on google. We're glad we did because they found us a company that gave much more coverage with less premium's and they were informative, fun, and painless to work with. Highly recomend them.

Boyd Thiel and his wife are incredible and honest insurance professionals whether it be for your Home, Auto and Life, there are none better than Thiel Insurance Group. They are family and treat every customer as family. When you buy insurance it isn't a tangible product that you can see and touch You only know it's value when you have to use it and the customer service at the time of submitting a claim all the way through is without a doubt one of the biggest selling points in my mind for working with Boyd and family.

I wish I could give 10 stars!! I have to give a HUGE Thank You to Hunter at Thiel Insurance Group, LLC. We insured our camper through them roughly 6 months ago. Out of the blue we get a call from Hunter saying he found better coverage that's more affordable. He added that he did his homework and the company is great to work with.
