With offices in Appleton and Kimberly, our agency serves communities throughout the Fox Valley including: Neenah, Menasha, Combined Locks, Grand Chute, Greenville, Kaukauna, Little Chute, and Hortonville.

In addition to being a business in the Fox Valley, we live here as well. Thiel Insurance Group employees are active supporters of many schools, churches, and groups.

Fiesta Acres Condominium Phase B Owners Association lost their insurance because the company stop offering condo insurance in 2025, so as Secretary of the Board found the opportunity to work with Cindy Casey at Thiel Insurance Agency. The Board found her pleasant to work with, more than willing to go beyond expectations, and helpful in finding us a solution. We are pleased with the condo insurance policy she was able to offer, the attentiveness, concern, and empathy to us as clients, the successful results, and the follow-up service. When I decided to switch insurance companies after 45 years, I asked friends who they recommended and I was given the name Acuity as a carrier. I hadn't heard of them but found Thiel Insurance Group in Appleton. I called and got an appointment set up right away with Kim. We met in person, which I wanted. I didn't want to sign up online, I wanted to meet and talk to an actual person. She answered all my questions, and I had quite a few since I had the same company for so long. I appreciated the time she took to help me and I felt comfortable that she understood me and would be there if I had questions or needed help in the future. I am glad I made the move, they make you feel right a home and appreciated!

Hunter gets things done! I put him on the job a week after three other insurance companies, and he still got me to the signature line first and ended up being the lowest premium.

Our ins premiums were raised quite a bit from a national co so after 15 years with them it was time to see what what available. We'd rather have someone locally to work with so i found Theil ins on google. We're glad we did because they found us a company that gave much more coverage with less premium's and they were informative, fun, and painless to work with. Highly recomend them.

Out of the blue we get a call from Hunter saying he found better coverage that's more affordable. He added that he did his homework and the company is great to work with. We began referring our tenants to Hunter out of the Appleton office when he was able to show us that our renters were paying too much for renters insurance through other agencies. He is getting them better coverage (which we like) at a better price (which they like)!
