Came here for my business insurance and Hunter made the process so easy for someone who didn’t know much about insurance to understand and the rates were lower than I expected to pay. Fiesta Acres Condominium Phase B Owners Association lost their insurance because the company stop offering condo insurance in 2025, so as Secretary of the Board found the opportunity to work with Cindy Casey at Thiel Insurance Agency. When I decided to switch insurance companies after 45 years, I asked friends who they recommended and I was given the name Acuity as a carrier. I hadn't heard of them but found Thiel Insurance Group in Appleton. I called and got an appointment set up right away with Kim. We met in person, which I wanted. I didn't want to sign up online, I wanted to meet and talk to an actual person. She answered all my questions, and I had quite a few since I had the same company for so long. I appreciated the time she took to help me and I felt comfortable that she understood me and would be there if I had questions or needed help in the future. I am glad I made the move, they make you feel right a home and appreciated!

Out of the blue we get a call from Hunter saying he found better coverage that's more affordable. He added that he did his homework and the company is great to work with.
